I believe in the philosophy of "treat the person, not the diagnosis". In other words, I will collaborate with you to blend my training and expertise with your lived experiences, creating a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or simply want to understand and care for yourself better, I am here to support you. Together, we’ll embark on a journey toward healing and feeling more connected to your life. I use a variety of evidence-based, holistic, strengths-based, and client-centered therapeutic approaches. My goal is to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are interconnected, empowering you to achieve balance, safety, resilience, and personal growth.

For those who wish to focus on healing from trauma, I also work with a trauma specialist, Dr. Valen, in the Solace Clinic.

Research

I am actively involved in ongoing research to better understand and improve care for individuals with functional neurological disorders, women and gender diverse individuals, and older adults. I am drawn towards improving care for these groups of people who often experience healthcare disparities, meaning they have been historically underemphasized in medical and mental health research and therefore poorly understood.
